Volk Super Field NC Lens
The SuperField NC® Slit Lamp Lens is an enhanced 90 diopter lens intended for wide field, pan retinal examination, featuring high index glass which provides improved stereopsis and image clarity. Patented double aspheric glass optics provide enhanced imaging. Doctors call it the “Super 90”. Volk’s SuperField has become the standard of slit lamp fundus diagnosis for today’s discriminating practitioner. Its ideal .76x magnification and wide field of view make it perfect as the primary high resolution slit lamp fundus diagnosis lens. The SuperField has also been specifically designed for increased working distance from the cornea (7mm), making it more practical than competitive pan fundus lenses. Its small 30.2mm diameter housing also proves highly useful for dynamic fundoscopy, allowing the lens to be more easily manipulated in the orbital area of the eye, increasing its dynamic field of view to 116°.

The Super Field Lens is the next generation of our Classic Series 90D Lens. Also called the “Super 90D,” this lens provides wide field imaging to the mid periphery and dynamic viewing to the periphery for a fast, comprehensive image of the retina. With its increased field of view and 30 mm lens ring for comfortable grip and easy manipulation, this lens is the go-to choice for general examination.
